Itinerary
Pickup 10:15 am/12:15 am:
- Pick up from select Hotels/Airbnb’s/Airport within City Limits of Page, Arizona. Pick up happens between 10:15 am and 10:35 for the 12:15 selection and between 12:15 am and 12:35 am for the 10:15 selection. Our Dineh Tours Tour Director will arrive in a white deluxe 15-passenger van emblazoned with our logo and name.
What to expect at Upper Antelope Canyon:
10:50 am/ 1:10 pm:
- Check in at Upper Antelope Canyon is handled by your Dineh Tours Tour Director. While he/she is checking in for the group you are more than welcomed to browse Navajo vendor stands that are your best place to buy local indigenous jewelry and arts and craft. Portable restrooms are on site and due to no running water at the facility.
11:05 am/1:25 pm:
- Your group is handed off to an Upper Antelope Canyon tour guide who in an open-back 4×4 Chevy Silverado will transport you to the entrance of Upper Antelope Canyon. The drive is 3 miles or 4828 meters and takes an average of 15 minutes.
11:20 am/1:40 pm:
- Arrival at the entrance of Upper Antelope Canyon. Just like taking a walk on the beach you will enter the canyon and canyon walls will tower an average of 65 ft or 19.8 meters above you. This canyon is considered an “A” shaped canyon, wide on the bottom and narrow at the top. The opposite of Lower Antelopes “V” shape. With the narrow top this sometimes allows light beams or light rays to enter the canyon. The 11:20 am arrival here is the best time slot to capture peak lighting, while the 1:40 time slot here will give you great colors.
12:10 pm/2:30 pm:
- Exiting Upper Antelope Canyon, you now ascend a covered walkway to get you to the top of the hill. Once to the top you traverse 1640 feet or 500 meters to reach the set of stairs that will descend 150 steps.
12:25 pm/2:50 pm:
- Boarding the open-back 4×4 Chevy Silverado for the 15-minute drive back to original departure.
12:45 pm/3:10 pm: Drop-off
Returning you back to your Hotel/Airbnb/Airport. As we make our way back to your drop-off, please gather all your belongings that you brought with you. If for any reason you leave something on our van, please call and we can plan to have them returned. Your Dineh Tours Tour Director does accept tips, the industry recommendation is 10-20%. If you do not have cash do not worry, your Dineh Tours Tour Director does have peer-to-peer (P2P) payment such as Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal.

Depending on what tour you book, we do pick up 15 minutes prior to the time you chose. We do ask for you to be down in the lobby ready at that time. We also ask for patience while we are getting to all of our guests.

Restrictions
Bags of any kind and size are not permitted in the canyon/canyons. Due to the fact that drugs, alcohol and even cremated ashes are brought in there is now a strict no bag policy. We do provide water lanyards for our guests to borrow.
